Karen Hilb, Vice President Operations

Karen Hilb, Vice President of Operations, is responsible for claim department operations and procedures, program implementation and providing ongoing client program support service.

Karen brings more than 20 years of workers' compensation administrative and claims management experience with both specialty carriers and self-insured employers. Karen was instrumental in developing a provider-based occupational health program for a large hospital system. As an expansion to this program, she also designed a single-point-of-contact integrated benefit program that included group health and short/long term disability management.

Karen is a Certified Professional Disability Manager. She is also certified by the State of California as a Workers' Compensation Self-Insurance Administrator.
