Creating a leave management program is complex because of the expanding web of FMLA and other regulated leaves, shrinking Human Resource Departments and the need to coordinate internal resources with multiple health benefit providers. The ICS leave consulting program is offered at two levels. The first level is a program best practice assessment using ICS proprietary tools. ICS will uncover risks and suggest remediation. The second level adds to the assessment level. ICS will provide the employer leadership role in program implementation that includes communication templates, process maps and supervisor training development.
